GROWTH POLICY
Land Solutions is currently leading a consulting team in drafting a growth policy for Stevensville, Montana. The plan focuses on ways to diversify the tax base, create an active downtown and address infrastructure improvements.
LAKE COUNTY, MT
PLANNING SUPPORT
Land Solutions planners are helping to staff the Lake County Planning Department Office, assisting with review of development projects including preliminary and final plats, subdivision exemption review, drafting buildings for lease or rent regulations, and assisting the public.
LEWIS AND CLARK COUNTY, MT
HELENA VALLEY AREA PLAN
Under the leadership of Lewis and Clark County's Planning Director, Land Solutions drafted the Helena Valley Area Plan, collecting over 3,000 public comments in the process. This complex planning document spells out in detail how the county is going to accommodate an additional 10,000 people in the next 20 years.
SIDNEY, MT
IMPACT FEE STUDIES
Working with the City of Sidney's consulting engineer, public works and legal staff, Land Solutions developed service area reports and an impact fee program for Sidney's water, sewer and parks system expansions and also to help fund street equipment purchases for increased maintenance needs.
